SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Thank you for ordering from Planet-Mind.org, which is owned by Eddy Studio. We will be shipping your order within 7-10 business days of receipt of your order. If we have a question in shipping your order, we will send you an email. Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS and standard transit times are 2-4 business days in the continental U.S. Deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska may take 3-6 business days. We also ship to Canada and UK addresses. If you have special concerns about the arrival time of your order, please send us an email at info@Planet-MIND.org and we will do our best to accommodate you. Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for international duties, taxes and refused shipping charges.

$60.00 in purchases and above gets you FREE shipping!
CANADA AND UNITED KINGDOM:
Flate Rate: $19.50 + per item charges ranging from .10 to $1.50

Incorrect Address Packages Marked “Return to Sender”
Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the ordering process are subject to an additional $12 charge if the address must be changed by the carrier in order for the package to be deliverable.
Orders that are marked ‘Returned to Sender’ by the carrier are subject to a $12 charge. This includes but is not limited to: orders in which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address, or the order is refused by the customer.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
