RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please read this policy very carefully, so there is no confusion on the return and exchange policy on your custom shirt or product. Planet-MIND.org, which is owned and operated by Eddy Studio, offers unique products. Each shirt or product is custom hand printed, one at a time, for your individual order.
Please carefully read the SIZE CHART when choosing your size to make sure you get the right fit for you. Note that our sizing runs on the small side, especially our ladies’s shirts. If after consulting the size chart you’re still unclear about what size to choose, please call us and we’ll be happy to help 724-448-1299.
Returns
If you would like to return your shirt or product, for any reason, you may do so within 30 days. First print out this RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM, fill it out completely, then include it in the package when you mail your item(s) to: EDDY STUDIO, atten: Planet-MIND Products, 5709 Bull Creek Road, Tarentum, PA 15084. There is a restocking fee of 30%. Once we receive your item(s), you will be refunded 70% of the total cost of the item(s) with a check from Eddy Studio. Taxes and shipping are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your shirt or product within 30 days, please call us at 724-448-1299. There is a re-stocking fee of 30% and you are responsible for all sales tax and shipping charges. You must call us first, before mailing your shirt or product back, to get a quote of those charges, and to decide your method of payment.
Please print out this, RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM, and fill it in completely. You will then mail the Return and Exchanges form and your item(s) to: EDDY STUDIO, atten. Returns, 5709 Bull Creek Road, Tarentum, PA 15084. Once your package and shipping payment is received by us, we will mail out your desired exchange items(s) within two weeks.
Please note exchanges and returns are ONLY accepted on clean, unwashed, and unworn shirts. Any shirt not matching this criteria will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Products are not eligible for refund or exchange if the products are refused upon delivery or the products return to us because an incorrect address was provided by the customer.
Defective Items
If there is a defect with your product, please contact us immediately. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive your products in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Replacement items will be shipped the same method as the original order.
